The apt repository is public. The installer isn't, yet.

TulioCP publishes Debian packages to apt.tuliocp.com for the trixie (Debian 13) release, and a public apt update resolves them today — no access request needed. What isn't available yet is a complete public install path: the installer and both product source repositories are still private preview.

Installer: private preview

What the source list and key look like

This is the exact source line and signing-key fingerprint the repository is configured with. Adding it lets a public apt update resolve TulioCP's Debian 13 packages today — installing a working panel from them still depends on the installer, which remains private preview along with both product source repositories.

Request installer & source access

The apt repository itself is public — no request needed to add the source and pull package metadata. TulioCP and TulioBilling source repositories, plus the installer that turns these packages into a running panel, are still private preview. Email for early access instead.
