Terms

What this site is, and what governs the software it describes.

Read this as a plain statement of the arrangement, not as a commercial contract. There is no company behind TulioCP — no incorporated entity, no registered trading name, no legal department — so this page does not pretend to be attorney-reviewed terms of service, and it does not claim to create obligations on your side beyond what the software's licenses already say. Nothing here is legal advice.

The part that is legally binding

The open-source licenses

Your rights to use, modify, and redistribute the software come from its licenses, and from nothing on this page. Those licenses ship inside each repository and are what a court would look at:

TulioCP
GPL-3.0 — github.com/marcosfermin/tuliocp. A GPL-3.0 fork of HestiaCP, itself descended from VestaCP.
TulioBilling
Apache-2.0 — github.com/marcosfermin/tulio-billing. An Apache-2.0 fork of FOSSBilling, descended from BoxBilling.

Both licenses disclaim warranties and limit liability in their own text. That disclaimer is the operative one: the software is provided as is, and running a control panel on a server you own is your decision and your responsibility.

The TulioCP name, wordmark, and logo are not part of either license grant. Forking the code is explicitly fine; shipping your fork under this name and mark, in a way that suggests it is this project, is not.

This site

Documentation, not a service

tuliocp.com publishes information about the software. It sells nothing, hosts nothing on your behalf, offers no account, and carries no service-level commitment. It can go offline without notice and that breaks nothing you depend on.

Version numbers, package lists, and command examples here are accurate as of the build that produced this page and are checked against live sources when it is rebuilt — but apt.tuliocp.com is the authority on what a package version actually is, and the repositories above are the authority on what the code actually does. Where this site and the code disagree, the code wins and the site is wrong.

Support is not owed to you here. Issues on GitHub are read and are the right place for a bug or a question, but they come with no response-time guarantee, and neither does anything else on this site.

The billing demo

billing.tuliocp.com is a demonstration

It is not a service, a storefront, or a hosting account. No payment gateway is connected, so no transaction there is real; nothing ordered there provisions a domain or a hosting account; self-registration is closed; and its data may be reset or deleted at any time without notice.

Do not put real personal or payment data into it. The full notice, and what it does store, are on the billing page and in the privacy statement.

Attribution

Upstream projects and other names

TulioCP and TulioBilling are independent forks. They are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the HestiaCP, VestaCP, FOSSBilling, or BoxBilling projects. Those names, and any other product names on this site, belong to their respective owners and are used to describe lineage and compatibility — not to imply a relationship. The about page traces both chains in full.

Changes

If this needs to become something more formal

Should TulioCP ever gain a legal entity, sell anything, or run a real service, this page gets replaced with terms written for that situation rather than stretched to cover it. The honest version today is short because the arrangement is small. Raise anything unclear in the panel repository's issues.
